WarRoom Terminal Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to WarRoom Terminal, its website, applications, educational materials and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Generalist Appworks, a sole proprietorship ("WarRoom," "we," "us" or "our"). Contact us at support@warroomterminal.com.

By creating an account, selecting the acceptance checkbox or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law or where we have restricted access.

You are responsible for determining whether cryptocurrency analytics and derivatives-related information may lawfully be accessed in your jurisdiction.

2. Membership, Free Trial and Billing

2.1 Before subscriptions open

Until paid subscriptions open, the Service is free to explore and billing is not active. We will not charge you merely because you accepted these Terms. We will announce when subscriptions open through the Service and by email. From then on, access to the terminal requires a free trial or a paid membership; the public website, guides, research records and free tools stay open to everyone.

2.2 One membership

WarRoom offers one membership. It includes every feature of the Service that is generally available to members, with no tiers or add-ons. You can pay monthly or yearly. The current prices are US$29 per month or US$290 per year. We may also offer prices in Indian rupees or another local currency. The price, currency, billing period and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

We may add new features to the membership without an extra charge. We do not promise any particular future feature or release date. A feature described as "coming soon" is not part of what you pay for until it is released. Features may be changed, improved or withdrawn as described in Section 18.

Launch offers, discounts and promotional prices apply only on the terms stated with the offer.

2.3 Free trial

Each new member can take one 7-day free trial with every feature. The trial starts when you activate it and ends seven days later. No payment method is required to start a trial. One trial is available per person; creating additional accounts to obtain another trial breaches Sections 8 and 9.

The trial does not convert automatically into a paid membership. If you have not subscribed by the time the trial ends, access to the terminal pauses and you will not be charged. If you choose to subscribe before or after the trial ends, checkout will show the price, billing period and any applicable taxes before you confirm the purchase.

2.4 Payment methods

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout before you pay. Payment methods may vary by country and depend on approval and availability from our payment partners.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors under their own terms. We do not receive or store your full card number, card security code, PayPal password or UPI PIN. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you choose for your membership and any applicable taxes, and you confirm that you are entitled to use it.

2.5 Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period for the same period, and the renewal price is charged to your payment method, until you cancel. For yearly memberships we will send a reminder at least seven days before the renewal date.

For recurring payments made with UPI AutoPay or with a card issued in India, you approve an e-mandate with your bank or UPI app. As required for e-mandates in India, you will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each charge, and you can pause or revoke the mandate at any time through your bank or UPI app. Revoking a mandate stops future renewals but does not cancel the period you have already paid for. Where automatic renewal is not available for your payment method, you may need to pay manually at the end of each period to keep your membership active.

2.6 Taxes

Taxes such as GST or VAT are applied where the law requires and are shown at checkout before you pay. Where the law requires a price to be shown inclusive of tax, the price shown includes it.

2.7 Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will tell you, and we or our payment processor may retry the payment for up to seven days. If the payment still fails, access to the terminal pauses until a payment succeeds. We do not charge late fees.

2.8 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the app's membership settings or by emailing support@warroomterminal.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged.

2.9 Refunds

Because the free trial lets you use every feature before you pay, payments are non-refundable and we do not refund partial billing periods, except that:

  • if we charged you in error or more than once, we will refund the incorrect charge;
  • if a yearly membership renews and you ask us for a refund within seven days of the renewal charge, we will refund that renewal;
  • if we end your membership without cause under Section 13, we will refund the unused part of your current period; and
  • we will give any refund that applicable law requires.

To request a refund, email support@warroomterminal.com from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long a refund takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

2.10 Price changes

We may change membership prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Where a new price requires fresh authorisation of an e-mandate, we will ask for it, and your membership will not renew at the new price without it.

2.11 When a trial or membership ends

When a trial or membership ends, the terminal locks and your alerts stop firing, but your account, Academy progress, journal, alerts and settings are kept, so subscribing later picks up where you left off. We keep this data while your account exists, as described in the Privacy Policy. If we decide to delete data from inactive accounts, we will email you at least 30 days before we do. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

2.12 Payment disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can fix it. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge, we may pause your membership while the dispute is resolved.

3. Market Intelligence, Not Financial Advice

WarRoom is a quantitative market-intelligence and educational tool. It is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, financial institution or licensed financial service provider.

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Signals, alerts, rankings, charts, grades, labels and commentary are analytical observations generated from market data. They are not instructions or recommendations to buy, sell or hold an asset.

WarRoom does not represent a signal, confluence score or other output as a probability of success, expected return or directional guarantee unless expressly accompanied by disclosed validation data. You remain solely responsible for every decision and action you take.

4. Trading Risk

Cryptocurrency and derivatives markets are volatile and can result in the loss of some or all capital. Leverage can magnify losses. Market conditions can change faster than the Service can process or display them.

You acknowledge that:

  • Past outcomes do not predict future results.
  • A technically correct observation can still lead to an adverse outcome.
  • Data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, duplicated or incorrect.
  • Signals may change or disappear as new data becomes available.
  • Service interruption may occur during fast markets or infrastructure failures.
  • You should independently verify information before acting on it.

5. Glass-Box Evidence

WarRoom's glass-box approach exposes relevant evidence, contextual measurements and reasons supporting an analytical signal. It does not require us to disclose proprietary source code, formulas, thresholds, weights, model logic or detection methods.

Explanations are provided to support independent judgment. Transparency does not make an output complete, accurate or profitable.

6. Forward Tracking and Simulated Outcomes

Forward Tracking, Track Position and similar tools are educational journaling and simulation features. They do not execute an order, connect to a brokerage account, confirm an external trade, hold assets or manage capital.

Entries, closes, maximum favourable excursion, maximum adverse excursion, profit-and-loss figures and related measurements may be based on user input and third-party market data. They can differ from executable prices, exchange records, fees, slippage, funding, taxes or actual account performance. They are not official brokerage, accounting or tax records.

Personal notes and tracked outcomes are decision-support records, not evidence that WarRoom advised or executed a trade.

7. Academy and Assessments

Educational content is provided for general learning. Completion of a lesson, mission or assessment does not create a professional qualification, licence, fiduciary relationship or certification of trading competence.

If graded Field Tests or similar assessments are introduced, grades will assess adherence to an educational or analytical process—not whether a market outcome happened to be profitable. A grade must not be treated as approval to risk live capital.

8. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share an account or evade account, trial or access limits by creating duplicate accounts.

We may use a pseudonymous device identifier to identify repeat registrations and prevent abuse, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Resell, commercially redistribute or operate a signal service substantially based on WarRoom outputs.
  • Scrape, crawl, data-mine or automate extraction from the Service without written permission, except through WarRoom's official agent access described in Section 9A.
  • Reverse-engineer, probe or attempt to obtain proprietary source code or detection logic.
  • Circumvent security, access, account or technical restrictions.
  • Use the Service for manipulation, spoofing, wash trading or other unlawful conduct.
  • Upload malware, interfere with infrastructure or disrupt another user's access.
  • Misrepresent WarRoom outputs, affiliations or endorsements.
  • Use another person's account or create repeat accounts to obtain additional trials or restricted benefits.

Reasonable personal discussion and non-commercial sharing of limited screenshots is permitted if it does not expose another person's data, disclose restricted content, imply our endorsement or substitute for access to the Service.

9A. AI Agent Access

You may connect an AI agent of your choice (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini or a model you run with your own API key) to your account through WarRoom Squire, WarRoom's official agent server. Agent access is included in the membership. We may limit, suspend or withdraw it at any time, for example to protect the Service or other users.

  • Personal use only. Agent access is for your own research and record-keeping. The restrictions in Section 9 on reselling, redistributing or operating a signal service apply equally to anything obtained through an agent; you may not pipe WarRoom outputs into a public bot, channel, product or service.
  • Published limits. Agents must stay within the request and data limits we set. Bulk extraction, attempts to work around limits and attempts to obtain fields or logic that the agent server does not provide are prohibited.
  • Read and draft only. Agents can read the evidence and records you allow and can prepare drafts. They cannot place trades, change your account, or save or change alerts; you remain responsible for anything you save in WarRoom.
  • Responsibility for agent output. WarRoom supplies observed market evidence and your own recorded activity. An AI agent's answers are produced by that agent and its provider, not by WarRoom. They are not WarRoom statements and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Any action you or your agent take, including through other tools such as exchange connections, is your responsibility. Section 3 and Section 4 apply in full.
  • Third-party providers. When you connect an agent, the data you authorise is sent to that agent's provider and is governed by its terms and privacy practices. We do not control those providers.
  • API tokens. You may create WarRoom Squire API tokens to use agent access from model APIs and your own tools. Keep them secret like a password. Anything done with your token counts as your use under these Terms until you revoke it or it expires.
  • Squire Chat. You may ask Squire inside WarRoom using your own API key with a model provider you choose. You are responsible for that key, for your account with that provider and for its charges. WarRoom sends your key to that provider with each question and does not store it. Answers in Squire Chat are produced by your chosen model, not by WarRoom, and the bullet on responsibility for agent output applies to them in full.
  • Revocation. You can revoke an agent or an API token at any time in Settings → WarRoom Squire. Revocation takes effect for new requests immediately.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of notes, support submissions and other content you enter. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the Service.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or contains another person's confidential information. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords or exchange credentials.

11. Third-Party Data, Services and Links

The Service depends on third-party market-data sources, exchanges, authentication providers, hosting services and other infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, latency, accuracy, security or policies.

Links to exchanges, Discord, X and other external services are provided for convenience. A link does not establish affiliation, endorsement or responsibility. WarRoom does not receive confirmation that you placed a trade through an external link.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service—including its software, models, indicators, signal logic, interface, documentation, artwork and branding—is owned by Generalist Appworks or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. No other rights are transferred.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@warroomterminal.com. Deleting your account cancels any active membership. Deletion does not by itself refund the current period; Section 2.9 sets out when refunds are given.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users or third parties; respond to legal obligations; address security or payment abuse; or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. If we end a paid membership without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current period. If we end it because you breached these Terms, no refund is due except where the law requires one.

Sections intended by their nature to survive termination—including risk acknowledgements, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limitations—will survive.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, detect every relevant event, remain error-free or be available during a particular market condition.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Generalist Appworks and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; trading losses; loss of profit, opportunity, data or goodwill; or losses caused by reliance on market data, signals, third-party services or unavailable features.

For claims that cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum liability required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Generalist Appworks against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights or content you submit.

17. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal data we process and is incorporated into these Terms. The Service is not intended for storing private keys, seed phrases, passwords or confidential exchange credentials.

18. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms as WarRoom evolves. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email or both. If a change requires renewed consent under applicable law, we will request it.

Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you disagree, stop using the Service and request deletion of your account.

19. General

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remainder. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the next sentence, the competent courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service. If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
