Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

When memberships are available, you can cancel at any time through the membership controls provided in the app or by emailing support@warroomterminal.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you do not subscribe before your free trial ends, you are not charged and terminal access locks. Billing is not currently open.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and we do not refund partial billing periods, except that:

• If we charged you in error or more than once, we will refund the incorrect charge.
• If a yearly membership renews and you request a refund within seven days of the renewal charge, we will refund that renewal.
• If we end your membership without cause under Section 13 of the Terms of Use, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
• We will provide any refund that applicable law requires.

To request a refund, email support@warroomterminal.com from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

This policy should be read with the Terms of Use. If the Terms and this page differ, the Terms govern.
